Kenworth of Richfield is seeking a Diesel Technician. The primary responsibility of the Service Technician is to run the diagnosis and perform repairs as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicates with Parts Department and Service Advisor as needed.
  
• Diagnoses vehicle malfunctions and performs repairs.
• Examines assigned vehicle for additional service or safety needs.
• Keeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Operates tools and equipment safely.
• Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training.
• Performs repairs according to dealership and factory standards.
• Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor.
• Reports safety issues to management.
• Road tests vehicles as required or refers to test technician.
• Saves and tags parts as needed.
• Supervises apprentice technicians (if applicable).
• Follows all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
• Adheres to company Drug Free Policy.
