As an Outside Parts Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our team's success.  QUALIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Excellent understanding of the company’s products and services available to the customer
  • Develop, execute, and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the set business targets
  • The Outside Parts and Service Manager will partner with the Marketing Manager to create marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process
  • Understanding and meeting the customer’s specific needs while maintaining our high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication with outside sales team to determine high-profile leads
  • Work to grow and improve the customer base
  • Increase sales by 12% year-over-year
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
  • Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
  • Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
  • Setting sales quotas and goals
  • Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
  • Collaborate with Parts and Service Managers to ensure all parts are available for repair projects
  • Ability to speak persuasively
  • Answer potential customer questions and sending additional information as required
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures and report all unsafe activities to the General Manager.
  • Additional duties as assigned
