DESCRIPTION
The primary
responsibility of the Recruiter is to provide candidates for all departments
within all dealerships and entities within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead new talent
acquisition and recruitment processes for all dealerships.
- Attend and
recruit at various job fairs and career centers as available.
- Conduct initial
phone interviews and schedule candidate interviews for all roles.
- Create job
descriptions and job offers as needed.
- Distribute
reviews quarterly to managers and save final copies internally.
- Work closely
with management to ensure maximum employee satisfaction and retention by
updating pay structures and implementing new bonus programs.
- Develop and
effectively utilize a prospect-marketing program to maintain contact and
promote all departments of the dealership.
- Create, design,
and implement any special flyers, brochures, or advertisements as requested.
- Prepare
letters, memos, and other written communication as required.
- Assist in the
development, writing, and distribution of all policies, procedures, and company
business plans as needed.
- Create and
track various company and marketing reports (Kenworth training, Training Cost,
KPA training, PII training, phone reports, etc.).
- Manage training
for new and current employees as required.
- Create and
distribute company information through the company newsletter monthly.
- Assist all
locations with hiring and recruiting through online job platforms and social
media as well as internally on SharePoint and through internal emails.
- Assist with
benefit enrollment, benefit compliance, and other benefit projects as needed.
- Follow all
accounting and procedural rules as outlined in the Company Employee Handbook.
- Comply with all
safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to the General
Manager.
- Additional
duties as assigned.
- This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.
- Abide by the
Company Drug Free Policy.
